Online Purchasing Terms and Conditions

These Online Purchasing terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to online reservations and purchases made available through YesBelarus.com. By making reservations and purchases on our portal, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

YesBelarus.com is the official travel portal for Belarus, published by ProjectMedia Ltd. We provide an Online Reservation Service (including the online payment processing) of various travel-related products and services. Our Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. The service is free of charge, which means we will not charge you for our Service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the rate.

YesBelarus.com is an online platform through which Providers can advertise their products and service for reservation, and through which visitors can make such reservations and pay online for the selected product or service. Here, "Provider" means the provider of accommodation, attractions, museums, sightseeing tours, custom and coach tours, transfers, tour operators, and any other travel or related product or service as available for reservation on the portal. Provider pays a commission (being a small percentage of the product or service price) to YesBelarus.com after the end user has consumated the service or product of the Provider.

By making a reservation through YesBelarus.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Provider with which you make a reservation or purchase a product or service. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant Provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Provider.

Reservation Policy

The prices on our Portal are highly competitive. Rates listed on the website are valid on the date the reservation inquiry is made and are subject to change without notice. Published rates are not guaranteed until payment is received. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation numbers will not be issued until payment has been received in full.

Print out your order receipt and present it when you check in for your reserved service.

Ordering Process

You can make a reservation for a service or product through a Booking form on the product page. Fill in the details in the Booking form, providing accurate information about your booking (e.g. your name and surname, date, etc.). If you have already registered a Tourist account with YesBelarus.com, you will be offered to log into your account. Otherwise, an account will be automatically registered for you. Further on, you will be able to manage your reservations from your account.

Some products (e.g. Custom Tours) will require additional confirmation from the Provider so that you can proceed with the payment. After you submitted the Booking form, you will receive an email notification when your booking has been confirmed so you could proceed with the payment for it.

If applicable, we offer the opportunity for reservations to be paid (wholly or partly) during the reservation process by means of secure online payment. If the Provider made the Prepayment option available, you will be able to select if you would like to make a Prepayment only, and pay the rest of the amount at the check in, or if you would like to process the whole payment for your Order online. You will be able to review your Order Details, and if everything is correct, proceed to Checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your Order. You will also see the order details when logged into your Account.

Payment Policy

The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.

We accept the following forms of payment for online orders:

We work to protect the security of your information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting software. Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card to the bank account of ProjectMedia Ltd. through a third party payment processor. The third party payment processor affiliated with the Service is ASSIST operated by Online Payment Processing Company ASSIST LLC.

Upon online approval of your credit or debit card, your order will be processed and your card will be charged. By authorizing the charge you acknowledge our Reservation Policy, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

* The code CVV2 / CVC2 is a control number consisting of three digits, which is printed on the back of the bank card. - the bank that issued the Buyer's card, set a ban on the Internet payment;

Depending on the reason for refusing authorization to resolve the issue, you can:
- apply for clarification to the Bank that issued the Buyer's card;
- in case of impossibility of solving the problem by the Bank, repeat the payment attempt using a card issued by another Bank.

After the online approval of your credit or debit card, the order will be processed and your payment will be charged. When making a payment, you agree to our booking, payment and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 days before your scheduled service, no fee will be charged, and you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If you cancel less than 10 days of your scheduled service, no refund will be provided.

No shows are responsible for 100% of fees.

In case of Force Majeure, Provider can cancel your order at any time before the scheduled service date. In such case, you will receive full refund of your payment.

In case of refund, you will get your money back on your bank card within 30 days depending on the bank, which issued the card.
